Sheriff Irwin Carmichael's NC Concealed Carry Class (Martial Arts Training Institute)

Sheriff Irwin Carmichael's NC Concealed Carry Class is taught at the Martial Arts Training Institute in Huntersville, North Carolina. The course is led by former Mecklenburg County Sheriff Irwin Carmichael alongside a certified range master, covering North Carolina concealed carry law, handgun fundamentals, and live-fire qualification. The all-day class combines classroom instruction with range time, and firearms are provided for students who do not own one. In addition to concealed carry certification, the program serves individuals in the Huntersville and Charlotte metro area who have been court-ordered to complete a gun safety course.
